  • Fitness here in Kazakhstan is certainly important, we have one of the highest risks of deaths from cardiovascular diseases. And that is preventable by exercise. Just 20 minutes 3 times a week will make you healthy. This is why we created Xpress Fitness

  • Promoting healthy living is our aim, and we do not want your work schedule or budget to be a barrier to exercise. We make fitness affordable and convenient for out citizens

  • At Xpress Fitness we value customer feedback because it helps us improve our work and fine-tune the direction we are moving towards. I am always open for dialog and will be happy to address any of your concerns or wishes

  • I always try to look at our fitness clubs from the client’s point of view. I ensure that everything is clean, equipment is functioning, water is in place and personnel are on duty to greet and meet clients. In short, client focus is not simply nice words for me; it’s my job every day

  • Many people don't have a thorough understanding on how to exercise using fitness machines. They tend to jump from one machine to another. My task is to teach clients how to do it right in order to achieve maximum result

  • Based on my long experience in sports, I can tell one thing - your workout sessions need to bring some enjoyment. You may choose to do arm-wrestling, crossfit, swimming or street workout, but you should first come to the gym and improve your health. I am waiting for you!

  • Many girls tend to create different diets, or simply stop eating and jog hours long in the gym. However this is dangerous. Weight loss is a serious endeavor and must be done under supervision of a professional. Otherwise, you may damage your health

  • Guys like lifting heavy weights, and therefore they are always at risk of traumas. My advice is don't chase weights only, rather follow a well-designed program, and always train with a partner. Even better I recommend that you get a personal trainer for a couple of months first

24/7 fitness club in Astana: workout in anytime


We first opened our doors in 2014 as a 24/7 fitness club, and since then have been the only 24/7 fitness club in Astana. We have three conveniently located clubs with more coming. We work hard everyday to give our members the best possible workout environment while keeping prices affordable. We have a variety of group exercise classes, branded cardio and strength training equipment and spin bikes. We offer many different types of membership packages to fit our client needs.
